He is known for his brand of vitriolic journalism and has taken pot shots at some high profile people unabashedly. From top guns in politics, to notable media personalities, organisations and even the formidable standing chief justice of the country has not been spared of his wrath.
He has taken positions of late, which have ruffled quite a few feathers, like his take on introducing comparative religion in the curriculum of Lahore Grammar School or lobbying for the ban on Indian films in Pakistan. He went on a mudslinging campaign against a leading media house. Lucman has attracted bad press over many of his recent misgivings.
