She is a very senior journalist whose plethora of experience makes her a credible talk shows host whose opinion matters. She has been known to take a courageous stand on contentious issues – for instance she was one of the few anchors who had a discussion on the blasphemy law and Salman Taseer’s assassination at a time when an environment of fear gripped the country and even the media treaded gently. This formidable lady has come in the league of one of the most well respected talk-show hosts in a short span of time. Still, her stint at CAPITAL TV has not gone that well.
